Summary
We are seeking a personable and driven Remote Client Engagement Representative to help connect prospective clients with licensed professionals across the United States. In this role, you'll engage with leads through outbound calls, build positive relationships, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments using our internal systems. Responsibilities
- Conduct 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and cloud-based dialing platform.
- Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Educate leads on the purpose of the appointment and encourage participation.
- Schedule appointments accurately using internal calendar and booking systems.
- Follow approved communication guidelines while personalizing conversations when appropriate.
- Document call outcomes, customer interactions, and appointment details within the CRM.
- Achieve daily outreach, quality, and appointment-setting objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Assist with additional client engagement and support activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport over the phone.
- Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and dependable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Previous experience in customer engagement, customer service, call center operations, client relations, appointment setting, or outbound calling is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to learn new systems, follow coaching, and contribute to a collaborative team.
