Summary

We are hiring a compassionate and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Representative to help prospective customers through the appointment scheduling process. You'll communicate with individuals by phone, answer general questions, provide a positive customer experience, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating effectively, and contributing to a high-performing team while working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and cloud-based dialing platform.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care by communicating with professionalism and empathy.
  • Explain appointment details and assist customers with general questions.
  • Schedule appointments accurately using internal booking and calendar systems.
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach during every customer interaction.
  • Update customer information, call outcomes, and appointment details within the CRM.
  • Meet daily productivity, customer service, and appointment-setting goals.
  • Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings.
  • Support additional customer care and outreach activities as assigned.

  • Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.

  • Previous experience in customer care, customer service, call centers, phone support, appointment setting, hospitality, retail, or outbound calling is beneficial but not required.
  • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
