What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide superior customer service via phone and computer interactions, addressing maintenance issues for gas stations
  • Dispatch technicians to client locations based on incoming service requests
  • Maintain an organized and accurate approach to all tasks while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
  • Participate in comprehensive remote training and coaching sessions to enhance performance
  • Successfully complete required assessments and training evaluations during the trial service period

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment
  • Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington
  • Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to providing excellent service
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation
