What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and computer interactions
  • Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance issues
  • Maintain a strong internet connection and effectively set up a home office with company-provided equipment
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and prioritization skills while managing customer inquiries
  • Complete required training, assessments, and maintain performance metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for helping others
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and software related to the petroleum industry
  • Must successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, a pre-employment drug screen, and a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation
