The REMOTE Customer Service Team Manager will lead and develop a high-performing remote team focused on connecting with individuals interested in benefit programs. This role is responsible for guiding clients through benefit options and supporting enrollment, while fostering team performance, mentoring members, and promoting a culture of accountability and growth.

3. Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom

• Guide clients through benefit options and support enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups

• Recruit, mentor, and support team members

• Set performance expectations and track progress

• Lead team meetings, coaching sessions, and development calls

• Promote a culture of accountability and growth

4. Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Experience in leadership, management, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools

• Motivated to lead, develop others, and drive results
