Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Hiring Specialist to support recruitment and talent acquisition operations for fast-growing remote teams. This role involves candidate outreach, phone screenings, interview coordination, and hiring process support within a high-volume recruitment environment.
As a Hiring Specialist, you will communicate directly with candidates, evaluate qualifications, and help ensure an organized and efficient hiring process from initial contact through interview scheduling. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to grow within recruitment, HR support, staffing coordination, or remote hiring operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound recruitment calls and candidate outreach activities.
- Screen candidates and evaluate communication skills and job qualifications.
- Explain job opportunities, schedules, and hiring expectations to applicants.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within internal systems.
- Track candidate progress through recruitment pipelines.
- Follow recruitment procedures, workflows, and performance targets.
- Provide timely follow-up communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and hiring coordination support.
- Complete additional administrative and recruiting-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling high-volume candidate interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer, and mobile device required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, staffing, or call center operations preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with ATS systems or CRM software is a plus.
