What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, assisting patients with billing and insurance inquiries
  • Research and resolve patient account issues, ensuring accurate information is provided
  • Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
  • Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims to patients
  • Accurately document all patient interactions while maintaining professionalism and empathy

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask: listen, speak, and type simultaneously
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
