Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and inquiries
Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and insurance options
Upsell services and maximize sales opportunities

Handle rental contracts, payments, and vehicle handovers professionally
Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in car rental, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
