Customer Experience Associate – Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalation protocols.
- Achieve assigned business objectives and promote banking solutions efficiently.
- Communicate banking solutions clearly to customers.
- Support team effectiveness and help build a positive workplace.
- Assist the team by keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
- Recommend operational improvements for customer experience and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation across tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous demeanor.
