Department Overview

Customer Experience Associate – Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Achieve assigned business objectives and promote banking solutions efficiently.
  • Communicate banking solutions clearly to customers.
  • Support team effectiveness and help build a positive workplace.
  • Assist the team by keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
  • Recommend operational improvements for customer experience and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation across tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous demeanor.
