2. About the Opportunity:

The Representative III, Customer Service serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing complex requests and resolving issues independently. This role is responsible for handling critical customer projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The position impacts customer satisfaction by addressing escalated concerns promptly and facilitating seamless communication across business units.

3. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and transactions from various customer segments

• Apply strong knowledge of internal processes and interdepartmental relationships

• Coordinate service activities and manage client projects with internal and external parties

• Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently by engaging appropriate departments

• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and confirm service completion

• Provide proactive customer service and education on service options, charges, billing, and contracts

• Document interactions, ensuring accurate entry of service, pricing, and other information

• Strive to meet or exceed productivity, quality, accuracy, and timeliness goals

• Maintain routine reports and generate additional reports as requested

4. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• At least 6 months experience as a customer service representative within the organization

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The expected base pay rate for this remote position across the U.S. is $21.74 to $27.18 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate. Actual salary may vary based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
