Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for 2026 season (April – October) located in Santorini island. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling phone calls, performing clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check‑in / check‑out procedures
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic reservation tasks
- Provide guests with information about the island and hotel services
- Assist with guest requests and ensure a smooth stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain accurate records and update the PMS system
- Ensure a professional, friendly, and service‑oriented front desk environment
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a bonus!
- 1-3 years of experience in a front-office or customer service role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are definitely a plus!
- Knowledge of hotel property management system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills, with an ability for understanding and resolving guest concerns
- A proactive team player who brings positive energy
- Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
