Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage bookings, coordinate reservation requests, and ensure seamless communication between customers, partners, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tourism and travel industry, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Age: Not older than 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, travel operations, or a related role.
- Experience handling tour bookings, attraction tickets, transportation services, hotel reservations, or travel products.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OTA platforms, booking systems, channel managers, or tourism reservation software.
- Experience in inbound, outbound, or international tourism.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C reservation processes.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Reservation Management
- Process and manage reservations received from customers, travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, and business partners.
- Confirm bookings accurately and ensure all reservation details are recorded correctly.
- Monitor booking status, availability, and service confirmations.
- Coordinate amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
Customer & Partner Support
- Respond to reservation inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information.
- Liaise with suppliers, operations teams, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking documentation.
- Update reservation systems with booking information and operational notes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
- Assist with invoicing, reconciliation, and payment-related administration when required.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Contracting, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Support operational planning by providing accurate booking forecasts and passenger information.
- Identify and report any booking discrepancies or operational issues.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
