- About the role
- The Reservations Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, responsible for managing reservations and delivering a high-touch guest experience. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information on availability, pricing, and booking policies, and ensuring every booking is correctly recorded in our internal systems.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and booking policies
- Process, modify, and verify reservations in our internal systems
- Advise guests on the most suitable property and upsell services or experiences
- Coordinate with operations and on-site teams for smooth arrivals and stays
- Resolve guest issues professionally and keep clear communication with homeowners and partners
