At Katikies Hotels, a proud member of Leading Hotels of the World, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at our Glyfada offices. If you have experience in luxury hospitality and enjoy delivering exceptional guest service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations efficiently and professionally across our luxury hotel portfolio.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and email with exceptional service standards.
- Ensure accurate booking management and maintain reservation records.
- Collaborate with hotel operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS.
- Strong understanding of reservations procedures and luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand guest needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Schedule:
- Based at our Glyfada offices.
- Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
