Overview
Conrad Orlando sits on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort, bordering Walt Disney World and featuring a 20-acre tropical beach, 8-acre lagoon, 433 rooms (including 51 suites and 10 family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space, a tranquil spa, two 18‑hole golf courses, and six food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
- Answer all reservation communications in a welcoming, professional tone, extending exceptional service and meeting Forbes standards.
- Process group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, and billing requirements.
- Communicate and verify information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and Front Office.
- Process reservation request calls as appropriate.
- Enter all group contracts from the Sales Department into the reservations computer system, verify data accuracy, follow up with Sales on questions, and monitor group blocks after entry.
Shift Requirements
Work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Qualifications
- Experience with Passkey and OnQ systems.
- Reservations experience (group and transient).
- Detail‑oriented and professional communication skills, written and verbal.
