We are seeking a Residential Customer Service Associate to join the Commercial Department of the Development Division of “The Ellinikon”.

The Residential Customer Service Associate will be reporting to Residential Sales Operations & Partners Director.

In detail, the Customer Service Associate amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, timely and personalized support to prospective and existing clients across all communication channels (email, telephone, web enquiries, in-person visits and digital platforms), ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering professional, solution-oriented communication and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer journey.
  • Document, record, track and update all clients communication and interactions on the company’s CRM system, aiming to maintain a healthy database of leads, partners / accounts, opportunities, and transactions by registering accurate and complete information.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming leads, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely follow-up activities to maximize conversion opportunities and support sales objectives.
  • Follow communication procedures, scripts, guidelines, and internal policies while interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Conduct introductory presentation of the project to potential clients for further qualification and engagement through informative physical or online meetings.
  • Provide support to the Business Development and Sales Teams in matters related to the clients' journey and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth progression of sales transactions, ensuring all required documentation and client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond proactively to customer enquiries, resolve concerns and escalate complex issues where appropriate, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, communication standards, company procedures and data protection regulations in all customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality and client satisfaction.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

  • University degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or in a relevant area of study.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages is essential; any other additional language will be considered as an asset.

Professional Experience and other skills:

  • Customer service and/or sales experience in real estate, hospitality, FMCG, telecoms, or other related industries.
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) is necessary.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and phone systems.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and excellent client-oriented practices.
  • Strong phone contact and active listening skills.
  • Excellent communicational skills.
  • Analytical and problem – solving skills.
  • Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
