- Retail / Branch Management Related Qualification
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management (2–5 years preferred)
- Strong product knowledge in Electrical, Paint, Tiles, or Sanware
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Duties
- Manage daily operations within the assigned department
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through expert advice and service
- Maintain optimal stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
