2. About the Opportunity:
The Review Administrative Specialist ensures accurate preparation and timely delivery of appraisal files to clients. This role coordinates communication between reviewers, appraisers, clients, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency. By managing workloads and addressing escalated issues, this position supports the organization’s goal of delivering reliable appraisal services and maintaining client satisfaction.
3. Responsibilities:
• Prepare files for reviewers and follow up to ensure timely delivery to clients
• Log information into the tracking system and update clients accordingly
• Coordinate with Review Coordinator, Team Lead, and Manager on key issues
• Update clients and reviewers with relevant appraisal status information
• Run document comparisons on revised appraisals and notify reviewers
• Manage daily review workload to meet client deadlines
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Respond to or escalate system messages and issues involving administrators, clients, reviewers, and appraisers
• Handle phone calls, voicemails, emails, and use Microsoft Teams for communication
• Participate in special projects assigned by leadership
• Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
4. Requirements:
• Some experience in banking or real estate appraisal industry
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with web browsers and office software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Basic familiarity with AI technologies including Copilot and Claude AI
• Ability to work remotely with a focus on continuous self-improvement and company goals
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
