Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Giza, Egypt. You will serve as the frontline voice of Beautika Secret, engaging with customers across all communication channels — including phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and live chat — to deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inbound inquiries, guiding customers through product selection, processing orders, resolving complaints, and supporting the broader sales and customer experience team.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all omnichannel platforms, including phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and live chat
  • Guide customers through product discovery and help them identify the right skincare solutions for their needs
  • Convert inbound leads into sales through consultative, relationship-driven communication
  • Handle order processing, follow-ups, and post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex complaints or issues to the appropriate team while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing and warehouse teams to stay up to date on promotions, stock availability, and new product launches
  • Meet individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and persuasive communication style
  • Ability to multitask and manage conversations across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools such as CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience serving Gulf-based customers, with an understanding of regional preferences, communication styles, and expectations
  • Knowledge of skincare ingredients, routines, and product categories — particularly within the K-Beauty space
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
  • Experience in a beauty, retail, or lifestyle brand environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; strong English proficiency is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism across high-volume interactions
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build genuine rapport and long-term loyalty
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, in line with business needs
