Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Handle day-to-day sales operations, inquiries, and customer support.
- Offer detailed information about Arduino products, features, and benefits.
- Manage and handle online orders efficiently.
- Call customers to confirm details, address queries, and provide updates.
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to suggest improvements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- Freshers or 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics or retail.
- Exposure to electronic components and basic engineering skills.
- Basic English listening and speaking skills.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
- Energetic, target-driven, and willing to take initiative.
