Responsibilities
- Management and nurturing of inbound enquiries.
- Booking viewings and home visits from direct requests and inbound calls/enquiries.
- Upselling products and services.
- Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales.
- Build rapport quickly and confidently; seek to understand each customer’s needs.
- Effective management and nurturing of applicants and potential clients.
