Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
• Support product shipments and merchandising tasks
• Handle cash transactions and balance the till accurately
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Smart Serve Certification for responsible alcohol service
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to lift 40lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work various shifts
