experiences to the world’s most iconic sporting events. From the Super Bowl and

corporate clients alike.

As the business grows internationally, they are seeking a commercially driven Sales &

Customer Service Executive with proven luxury travel sales experience and a

genuine passion for sport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building

relationships, converting enquiries into bookings, and delivering a premium customer

experience from first contact through to post-travel support.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a

consultative sales environment.

Working remotely from South Africa, you will become a trusted travel advisor to high-net-

worth individuals and corporate clients seeking once-in-a-lifetime sporting experiences.

Approximately 70% of your role will focus on converting inbound luxury travel

enquiries, while the remaining 30% will involve nurturing warm leads and

developing new business opportunities.

Success in this role requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional customer

service, and a genuine enthusiasm for major sporting events. Clients expect to speak

with someone who understands the excitement surrounding elite sports and can

confidently recommend unforgettable travel experiences.

Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing

• Managing inbound sales enquiries received via telephone, email, WhatsApp, web

chat, LinkedIn, and social media.

• Understanding each customer’s travel requirements and recommending suitable

luxury sports travel packages.• Preparing personalised quotations, itineraries, pricing, and travel proposals.

• Following up enquiries to maximise conversion rates and secure bookings.

• Building trusted relationships through knowledgeable, consultative sales

conversations.

• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

• Resolving routine customer enquiries while escalating more complex matters to the

UK team when required.

• Following up warm leads and previous enquiries to generate additional sales

opportunities.

• Developing relationships with premium clients through email, LinkedIn, and

telephone outreach.

• Maintaining accurate customer information using HubSpot CRM and Passport

booking systems.

• Updating customer pipelines, bookings, quotations, and follow-up activities.

• Managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining

outstanding service standards and achieving sales targets.

Requirements – What we’re looking for

We think the right candidate will tick most of the following boxes:

Essential

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in travel sales, with a strong track record of

converting enquiries into bookings.

Luxury travel sales experience is a non negotiable, with confidence selling

premium travel experiences to discerning clients.

• Strong understanding of flights, accommodation, itineraries, pricing, and travel

bookings.

• A genuine passion and knowledge for sport and an interest in major international

sporting events.

• Excellent consultative sales and relationship-building skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.

• Professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries

simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote

environment.

• High attention to detail with excellent administrative accuracy.

Desirable

• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management

systems.• Previous experience within luxury sports travel, leisure travel, hospitality, or

premium tourism.

• Experience working with international customers.

• Knowledge of major global sporting events such as Formula 1, NFL, international

cricket, golf, tennis, rugby, horse racing, or football.

Work Schedule

As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work the following schedule:

• Wednesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (UK hours)

• Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK hours)

• Monday & Tuesday: Off
