Position: Sales Representative for Client Services
Empower clients as a Sales Representative, dedicated to providing exceptional service and product knowledge in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic and proactive.
In this role, you’ll assist a diverse range of clients daily, ensuring they receive outstanding support and guidance. Responsibilities include distributing benefit materials, responding to customer calls, and managing client inquiries related to coverage. You will also collaborate with management to stay informed about the latest product offerings and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials effectively
• Respond to incoming customer service calls promptly
• Manage client requests and follow up on inquiries
• Create and explain individualized coverage policies
• Coordinate with management teams for ongoing product knowledge
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Motivated and ability to work independently
• Adaptable to learning new products and services
• Past experience in sales or customer support
• Commitment to representing clients’ best interests
