Role Description The Sales & Service Executive (Bukit Indah) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Johor Baharu. The individual in this role will engage directly with customers at the branch or service centre, promoting AEON Credit’s financing products, credit cards, and insurance solutions, while providing clear information on product features, eligibility, and application procedures. Daily responsibilities include processing applications, verifying customer documents, handling inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding to after-sales support. The role also involves meeting assigned sales targets, participating in marketing or promotional activities, maintaining accurate records in AEON systems, and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with branch colleagues, merchants, and other internal teams is expected to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products clearly and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience or interest in meeting sales targets and cross-selling related products and services.
  • Basic financial and administrative skills, such as document verification, data entry accuracy, and understanding of credit or financing processes.
  • Digital literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems, mobile apps, and internal software for customer onboarding and transaction processing.
  • Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu, including shifts, weekends, or public holidays as required by branch operations.
  • Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in retail banking, finance, insurance, or customer-facing roles in shopping centres or branch environments is beneficial.
