Job Summary:

CIS College is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Byblos branch. The role involves promoting and selling our training courses, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer support throughout the registration process and beyond. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Sales & Promotion:

• Promote and sell CIS College's training courses to potential students.

• Actively engage with walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads to convert them into enrollments.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide detailed information on course offerings, schedules, and pricing.

• Follow up with prospective students to maximize enrollment conversions.

• Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Student Support & Registration:

• Assist students throughout the registration process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

• Verify required documents and ensure accurate data entry in the registration system.

• Provide guidance on payment plans, course prerequisites, and other enrollment requirements.

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure students are well-informed about their courses.

Customer Service & Post-Registration Support:

• Act as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.

• Provide ongoing support to students regarding class schedules, payments, and course materials.

• Handle complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring student satisfaction.

• Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students to encourage referrals and retention.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and student inquiries.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

• Gather feedback from students to improve service quality and course offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

• Arabic and English is required .
