Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in sales support, customer service, or the shipping and logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team with daily activities and customer coordination.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
