Job Summary
The incumbent goal is to contribute to the overall success of the company by effectively managing contracts, leases, and accommodations for commercial & company-owned properties, ensuring strict compliance with Qatar law and Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lease & Contract Administration
- Oversee the full lifecycle of lease agreements for commercial properties, including negotiation, renewal, and compliance monitoring
- Ensure all contracts and leases are accurately documented and maintained
2. Accommodation & Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily leasing and accommodation activities to ensure efficient operations
- Manage occupancy levels while maintaining strong tenant and customer relationships
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support seamless service delivery
3. Revenue Optimization
- Develop and apply effective pricing and leasing strategies to maximize revenue
- Contribute to budget planning by providing insights on accommodation-related costs
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue generation across properties
4. Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure all leasing and contract activities adhere to Qatar laws and municipal regulations
- Proactively identify risks and implement measures to mitigate potential issues
- Monitor contract performance to ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements
5. Strategic Improvement
- Support the development of leasing strategies and operational plans
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze market trends to inform leasing decisions and strategies
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Liaise with external parties including tenants, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of leasing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- 2–3 years GCC experience preferred
- Experience in property management or real estate industry is highly desirable
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM)
- Real Estate Management Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
