We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a full-time office-based position. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling overall customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team full time at SAM SURIN’s headquarters in Bangkok City, Thailand. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This on-site role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes. You will serve as a key touchpoint between the company and its esteemed clientele.



Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience capabilities
  • Strong skills in developing and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills to foster client relationships and effectively collaborate with team members
  • Demonstrated skill in resolving customer issues and handling feedback professionally
  • Ability to work in an on-site role and contribute to a client-focused environment
  • Experience in the luxury or bespoke clothing industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer service operations
  • Assist clients with inquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Monitor orders, timelines, and customer requests carefully
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Help oversee workflow and support the team when needed
  • Solve problems efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Experience in fashion, tailoring, or bespoke clothing is a plus

🕘 Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Saturday – 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary & Employment Details:

  • Starting salary: THB 30,000
  • 3-month probation period
  • Salary increase and benefits to be discussed based on performance
