📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
  • Manage the full customer service lifecycle, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer requests, process orders, and prepare quotations with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a multinational or shared service center environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
