📌 Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
- Manage the full customer service lifecycle, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Handle customer requests, process orders, and prepare quotations with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues proactively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a multinational or shared service center environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
