What you'll be doing:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complex support cases across multiple channels
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, product, and sales to improve customer experience
  • Support operational coordination for the company's growing Canada office

We're looking for candidates who have:

3–5 years of professional customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment

Experience with e-commerce operations, order management, shipment tracking, or after-sales support

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
