What We Expect From You?
- Customer order validation and processing;
- Define Customer Service – KPI reporting;
- Manage transport documentation and invoices to customers;
- Process customer claims;
- Product availability control including product freshness;
- Contact with logistic provider (warehouse and transport) regarding deliveries to customers;
- Cooperate with Sales Department and Supply Chain;
- Make business travels as per job requirements.
Why You?
- If you have minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in FMCG,
- If you have University degree – Economics/ Sociology/ Supply Chain/ Logistic or other International Economic Relations,
- If you have proficiency in MS Office Tools,
- If you have proficiency in SAP, EDI,
- If you have a professional written and verbal command of English.
