Main Responsibilities :

  • Order & Shipment Management:Manage orders from direct customers and distributors, coordinate daily shipments, and monitor shipment achievement KPI.
  • Customs & Licensing Documentation:Support customs documentation preparation, product license verification, COO and invoice checking, and communication with customs brokers.
  • Inventory Reporting:Prepare monthly ending inventory reports and provide 12‑month sales and inventory data for product analysis.
  • Master Data & Product Setup:Maintain product information to support accurate quotation and special order preparation for the Sales team.
  • Compliance & Regular Reporting:Submit monthly price survey reports, bi‑monthly EPA environmental filings, and annual TP updates as required.
  • Cross‑Functional Support:Collaborate with Sales, RA, Finance, and external logistics partners to provide timely data and operational support, and Handle tasks assigned by supervisors or other departments as needed.

Skills & Experience Required :*

  • College or above graduated.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer support, logistic management, distribution, or related field.
