At Busy Bees Asia, we operate over 900 early childhood centres worldwide. We are looking for a warm, responsive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Senior Executive to support parent enquiries and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to parent enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Guide parents towards booking centre visits and next steps
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Provide clear information on centres, programmes, and enrolment
  • Coordinate with centre teams on visits and follow-ups
  • Handle feedback professionally and empathetically
  • Follow up on enquiries to support engagement and conversion
  • Support administrative tasks and team projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of customer service or call centre experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage high-volume enquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Customer-focused and professional
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable
  • Able to communicate with a diverse range of parents; additional language skills are an advantage
