A well-established, white-glove limousine and luxury transportation company with over 40 years of excellence in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Dispatcher to join our in-office operations team in Astoria, Queens.

Position Overview
The Senior Lead Dispatcher will play a key role in overseeing daily dispatch operations for our company-owned luxury fleet, working closely with chauffeurs, management, clients, and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery worldwide.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of dispatch experience in the luxury transportation or limousine industry (required)
- Extensive knowledge of NYC and Tri-State Area geography, traffic patterns, and regulations
- Experience coordinating transportation for international clients and global partners
- Ability to communicate professionally with partners in other countries and across time zones
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive assignments with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong leadership and communication skills when dealing with both chauffeurs and clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Computer-literate with strong scheduling and multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
