What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive technician background is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
$64,000 – $91,000 annually
(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
