Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage customer service appointments
• Clearly describe customer issues and service needs
• Recommend automotive services and obtain customer agreement
• Keep customers updated on service progress
• Explain warranty policies and advise on vehicle care
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
• Strong understanding of automotive products is beneficial
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Clean G class driver’s license with a good abstract
