Position: Service Advisor Role at Serpa Chrysler

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival with care
• Recommend necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Manage loaner vehicle logistics for convenience
• Oversee special order parts and customer interactions
• Notify customers and schedule installation services
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a service advisor
• Solid understanding of vehicle service and repair
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Strong customer communication skills
• CDK Service platform experience is a plus
