Role Description
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Service Assistant to join our team at one of our locations in Bergen. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring dynamic engagement with guests to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer assistance, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain service excellence and ensure smooth operations within the hotel.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Proven experience in customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other Nordic languages is an asset
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
