Shoulders by Harpo's is a contemporary Greek-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar located at Havelock City Mall, Colombo. As the latest innovative concept under the Harpo's Cafes & Restaurants Group, Shoulders is known for its unique fusion of Mediterranean flavors with Sri Lankan influences, premium cocktails, and vibrant dining experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages while ensuring high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
