Required Technical Skills –

1-2 years of experience as a Service Desk, or other customer support role

Good understanding of –

  • SAP Security (Roles & Authorizations)
  • User Access Management (User Creation, Role Assignment)
  • Troubleshooting using SU53, SUIM, and Trace Analysis
  • Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SOD)
  • Documentation and Issue Logging
  • Assigning Role in SU01 T.Code in SAP
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences.
  • Customer service and SNOW knowledge

Job Requirements-

  • Handling Expert level of hands-on experience on SAP – Roles & access, SAP Security support issues.
  • Working as part of the SAP Support Desk team in a Contact Centre setup.
  • Solving user queries and technical problems independently.
  • Supporting day-to-day issues related to finance transactions and travel expenses.
  • Communicating clearly in English with users (spoken and written).
  • Creating and updating support documents and issue logs.
  • Willing to learn and support other SAP areas like user creation.
  • Meeting service level targets in a Service Desk environment.
  • Helping improves support processes and team efficiency.
