We're Hiring: Brazil Service Engineer
We are seeking a proactive and practical After-sales Service Engineer to support our new energy business in Brazil, covering inverters, UPS and energy storage battery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, inspection and daily maintenance of new energy equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical failures for end customers.
- Provide professional technical training and after-sales support for local distributors and partners.
- Timely respond to customer service tickets, follow up processing progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to solve complex technical and after-sales issues.
Job Requirements
- Reside in Brazil, local candidate or familiar with the Brazilian local market is preferred.
- Majored in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or other related technical fields.
- Prior working experience in solar energy, inverter, UPS or battery energy storage industry is a plus.
- Basic English communication ability; Portuguese speaking is highly preferred.
- Solid hands-on operation capability and independent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to take local business trips as required by work.
