About the role:
The Service Manager will take ownership of service delivery performance across key strategic accounts, ensuring customer SLA commitments are achieved and service standards are consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage customer SLA performance, reporting, and service governance
• Lead service escalations and drive operational resolution plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure service excellence
• Identify service delivery improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
✅ Requirements:
• 5–10 years’ experience in Service Management / Service Delivery Management
• Strong experience managing enterprise or corporate client accounts
• Proven ability to handle escalations and operational performance management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• ITIL certification PREFFERED
• Experience within telecommunications, ISP, technology, or managed services environments highly preferred
