Role Description
This is a entry level for a full-time on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative who will be assigned in various offices in McKinley Hill, Taguig City or Eastwood, Quezon City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill/Eastwood City.
- Familiarity with CRMs.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and/or holidays.
