Role Description:
This is a entry level for a full-time on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Associate who will be assigned in various offices in McKinley Hill, Taguig City or Eastwood, Quezon City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver prompt, resolution-focused support by providing clients with accurate information and timely updates.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
- Document all interactions using a ticket reference number, provide regular status updates, and ensure the timely closure of each transaction.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on a midshift, shifting schedule, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig and Eastwood, Quezon City.
