Join Purolator as a Shipment Resolution Support Representative in Dartmouth, NS. This part-time position offers 15 hours/week handling customer inquiries and resolving delivery issues.
In this role, you will work Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm to assist customers and colleagues with package information and delivery challenges. You’ll scan undelivered freight, prepare packages for redelivery, and utilize Salesforce for shipment tracking. Your proactive communication and attention to detail will ensure prompt resolution of issues while following operations procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers for package information and issue resolution
• Scan and sort undelivered freight accurately
• Prepare packages for redelivery, including labels
• Inspect damaged packages and process accordingly
• Audit arrivals and update management on delays
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 months of customer service experience
• Knowledge of operations management and planning
• Strength to lift up to 70 pounds
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Ability to stand, sit, and sort for extended periods
