Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Employee located in Kuwait City. The Shop Employee will handle daily customer interactions, ensure proper stocking and organization of goods, conduct sales transactions, and assist with store operations. Additional responsibilities may include operating pos system, such as flower arrangement, gifts wrapping etc., and participating in training programs to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and the ability to address customer needs
- Sales experience with the ability to handle transactions and promote products effectively
- Experience or knowledge in gifts and perfumes handling within a retail or similar environment
- Capability to operate equipment such as Ipads, PC, printers and POS. System is preferred
- Proven engagement in Training for personal improvement or mentoring of others is an advantage
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team setting
- Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional Arabic language skills are an advantage
