Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milan for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, manage and guide showroom staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining showroom aesthetics, driving sales performance, fostering customer satisfaction, and upholding the brand's luxury standards. The role involves building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless implementation of operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and delivering excellent Customer Experiences.
- Proven ability in managing Showrooms, ensuring high-quality presentation and operational efficiency.
- Strong Sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets while fostering client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages is preferred.
- Previous experience with luxury brands or in high-end retail environments is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
