Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager based in Kandy. The Showroom Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring smooth operations. The Manager will also have a key role in implementing sales strategies, training staff, and fostering a positive shopping environment for customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
- Proven ability to manage and boost Sales in a showroom setting
- Strong familiarity with operational management and processes specific to Showrooms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Kandy
- Minimum 3 years Prior experience in the retail sector in a Managerial Role, particularly in fine jewellery, is a plus
- A dynamic and goal-oriented professional mindset
- Higher Education (Dip, HND, BSC, MBA) is an added advantage
