As ULTA Beauty prepares to launch in Qatar, we're looking for enthusiastic Skincare Specialists to join our team and help bring this exciting beauty destination to life.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing expert skincare advice, demonstrating products, and helping customers discover solutions tailored to their individual needs. Your product knowledge, confidence, and passion for beauty will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
What you'll be doing:
• Recommending and demonstrating skincare products across a range of leading brands
• Delivering exceptional customer service and personalized skincare consultations
• Keeping the sales floor fully stocked, presentable, and aligned with brand standards
• Supporting new product launches and customer engagement activities
• Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and achieve targets
We're looking for candidates with:
• At least 3 years of beauty, skincare, or makeup sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence in engaging with customers and recommending products
• A passion for skincare, beauty trends, and helping customers look and feel their best
